Visit to Britain and Europe: long descriptive letters about trip, Lettie's school in Brighton, U.K., old Tasmanian friends in U.K. especially Galloways and Craigs, cousin Helen Bell's affairs (including letter from H.B. 6 Nov. 1876 enclosed with AL.'s letter of 11 Nov. 1876), tour of Continent with Lettie and new wife (1878) -his marriage good for Lettie and his own comfort, wife will visit her parents at Gippsland on way home to Tasmania.
